Policies.

1. Cancellation and non-attendance.
   All appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than two full business days’ notice (48 hours) will be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booked consultation. Please write to us if you wish a waiver; the clinic makes the final decision.
2. Respect for all.
   We have a zero tolerance policy regarding abusive or threatening action by individuals against staff and clinicians. If any individual breaches this policy, we reserve the right to terminate the interaction immediately or at any future time.
3. Separated parents policy
   Our software identifies a default parent for each child, communication is addressed to that primary parent.
   The default parent policy also applies to written communication. It is our policy and expectation that parents work in a framework of joint parental responsibility. Legally this means it is the responsibility of parents to work out how they exchange information and make decisions about childcare.
4. There may be a fee associated with non-consulting clinical services like filling a form. Please address your request to the admin staff, who will advise you of the process.
5. Appointment policy.
    – A valid referral from a GP is needed to book a specialist
    – A $100 holding booking fee is charged at the time of initial booking, which is adjusted in your final payment after consultation. In case of non-attendance, this fee is non-refundable.
